Sometimes life throws so much stuff so fast it is hard to catch it with any kind of grace.
I am a licensed professional counselor in private practice in Maryville, TN. My approach to wellness is holistic and client-centered. I know how to listen with my heart.
Perhaps this is when one should perfect the art of distinguishing that which needs to caught from that which should obviously be dodged...
